I have been to Salon's in the past and have had some scarry haircuts. What is your record as far as customer satisfaction, and how many years of experience do you have?
To answer your first question I have not had anyone return unsatisfied with a service throughout my entire career. As for as my experience, I have 25 years of service's and knowledge under my belt. But make no mistake I have made my career based on the passion I have for all of the services I provide and I'm cosnstantly learning the latest styles and services so that I can provide the very best of services to my client's. I have taught and shared my knowledge with other stylist's however, and I stress this point it's not the technical practice that makes you great It is the passion driven by the talent that generates greatness. I do what I love and love what I do and that is my career record and spoken from my heart.
Are your nail care instruments sterilized?
Absolutely after every Client I sterilize all implements as required by the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
Do you do French manicures?
Yes I offer French Mani's & Pedi's, Although I do not offer Acrylic nails. I recommend Spa Mani's & Pedi's on a regular basis for this is a fantastic way to acheive beautiful, natural, strong and healthy looking nails and helps to promote growth.
Do you do mens hair cuts?
Yes I do! I take great pride in this service. I use clippers, scissors or a razor which ever you prefer.
What Salon brands do you carry?
I carry a variety of brands such as Paul Mitchell, KMS, American Crew, Big & Sexy, Zerran, Joico, Matrix, ICE and many more. If I don't have what you are looking for I can place an order for you. My customers are very important to me and I appreciate your business.
